Scott is currently owner and Designated Broker for Top100AZhomes.com. Scott has been a tablet user since 2003.  As a Vice President of Marketing for homebuilders Scott has worked with the Extreme Home Makeover in Gilbert, AZ and was involved in the discussions for building the “smart home” in Disneyland. The smart home technology was installed in Scott’s home and was tested for several months. He has been an iPad enthusiast for the last year. Scott founded useyouripad.com and REipadsolutions.com after he found a big void of training for REALTORS and business people that wanted to use their iPad for business purposes. He found ways to reduce costs and increase professionalism and customer service by using the iPad. It is this passion for technology to provide solutions to increase professionalism and reduce costs that this training will be focused on. Well Marcus, I cant say I am surprised. I have know you for many years and among being that most criavete of our group you have always been driven and motivated, always wanting to create and own something of your own and I have no doubt that you will achieve this. I stayed at a htsoel in San Francisco for two weeks and made delicious chicken marinara sandwiches pretty much every day. They’re very easy to make it you pick up some basics at the supermarket: wheat bread, a whole pre-cooked roasted chicken, Newman’s Own Spicy Red Pepper tomato sauce (this is key), mozarella, and then I add some crushed red pepper. Serve it with a salad or greens, and you’re good to go.

I loved the suggestion of wine or bread. I aedlary practice the other restaurant rules, but I have one other suggestion. Restaurant dinners are nearly always large enough for at least 2 meals. I will often ask for a take-home box WITH my meal and put at least half of my meal in the box BEFORE I eat. This works on the road, too, if you have a cooler and hotel room with a microwave.
